ACG Texas is dedicated to becoming one of the most successful companies in the industry. In order to achieve such success, we must dedicate ourselves to our customers and to operating high quality units. It is our goal to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible every time a guest walks through the door of one of our restaurants. It is our goal to provide: kind and friendly service with a smile; a quality product at a perceived value and a clean and comfortable environment. This is what every customer expects and what we strive to provide.

Demonstrating dedication and appreciation to our hourly employees is another important element of our success. We must be dedicated to giving them the best environment possible along with the tools, equipment and training necessary to accomplish their goal of complete customer satisfaction. Our hourly employees are our greatest assets and our most frequent customer contacts. The training and support they receive will directly impact their attitudes when interfacing with customers.

Our mission as a company and all the goals we set to become successful cannot become reality without the proper day-to-day management. We are without question dedicated to the training and development of our General Managers, Assistant Managers and Area Directors. It it our goal to have the best qualified, best trained and most successful restaurant managers in the industry. This comes as a result of strong, constant and continuing development and maintaining high standards of excellence. Our intention is to promote and reward based on desired results, not politics. Simply put, our mission is to become completely successful.
